Manufactured with a water-based high quality styrene-acrylic resin with excellent substrate adherence. It is blister and stain resistant and exhibits excellent alkali resistance over masonry surfaces as well as corrosion resistance over metal. The THERMOTEK™ PRIMER can be top coated with any paint or coatings system but is particularly effective under the THERMOTEK™ roofing systems.

Its excellent adhesion allows the application over various substrates including: Asphalt Built-up, Modified Bitumen Membrane, Concrete, Metal, Single Ply, SPF, etc
